It’s called Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). It can be a side effect from some medications. If you are taking any medicatioins for depression, ADHD, antipsychotic drugs, or even any antihistamines (most commonly in over-the-counter cold medications) see your doctor right away. This is a sign you need your meds adjusted.

Restless leg syndrome is bullshit made up by pharmeceutical companies.

If it is a single twitch here and there, it’s called a myoclonic jerk. Sometimes when you are falling sleep you brain interprets it as the body dying, and it sends electrical impulses out to wake you up.

Fioricet, Tramadol, Ultracet at the cheapest prices

It might mean your leg is recovering from an extreme workout.
